Ans. : Funstation is a subscription based WAP service from where Subscriber can enjoy unlimited exclusive shortfilm, celebrity greetings, drama, movie songs etc.
 

  ◉ How to start the service?
Ans. : From mobile message option type START FS and send to 22233, you will get an SMS with portal link. Or you can go to the portal - www.funstation.mobi from mobile browser. Where you will have Subscription options. After selecting your option you will be directed to a consent page for final confirmation. After confirmation you will get a service start SMS.
 

  ◉ Is there any charge applicable for service activation and deactivation process?
Ans. : Service activation charge is BDT 2.67 for daily subscription. There is no charge applicable for deactivation.
 

  ◉ What is the daily subscription fee for this service?
Ans. : Subscriber will be charged BDT 2.67 per day.
 

  ◉ Do I need to subscribe to this service every day?
Ans. : No. This is an auto renewal service for Daily.
 

  ◉ Can I use subscribe using WiFi?
Ans. : No. You need to use Mobile Data to use this service.
 

  ◉ Is there any data charge applicable?
Ans. : Internet data charge will be applicable as per your mobile operator’s data policy.
 

  ◉ Will I be charged for watching the videos?
Ans. : No. You will have unlimited access to all the videos during your subscription time.
 

  ◉ Will I be charged if I send celebrity video greetings to a friend?
Ans. : No.
 

  ◉ How can I send celebrity greeting to my friend?
Ans. : There is an option on top of each video greeting; just enter the mobile number and click the “send a friend” option.
 

  ◉ Can I send celebrity video greetings to any number?
Ans. : You can send celebrity video greetings to BANGLALINK number.
 

  ◉ Will my friend be charged to watch the video?
Ans. : No.
 

  ◉ How can I see my account status or service activities?
Ans. : To see your status, subscription and un-subscription history, you can use the “My Account” menu at the bottom of any page.
 

  ◉ How can I unsubscribe from the service?
Ans. : Type "STOP FS" and send to 22233. Or you can stop the service from the portal by clicking on “STOP Service” button at the bottom of home page.
 

  ◉ Is there any Helpline Number?
Ans. : Call +8801996299759 from Saturday to Thursday 10am-6pm for any help. Please avoid Friday and Government holidays.

Winner Selection Process:

  • To be eligible for the contest, users have to remain subscribed and active in the Funstation service during the campaign period.
  • Participant who attains the benchmark score of 3000 points during the campaign period, will be eligible to be the winner.
  • Point will be calculated from WAP, and IVR channel.
  • 1 user (Banglalink) will be selected as winner based on the benchmark 3000 points during the campaign period.
  • If more than 1 user achieve the benchmark points 3000 then winner will be selected based on the fasted arrival basis.

Note:

  • Employees of Banglalink, Pioneer People Ltd cannot participate in this campaign.
  • Banglalink, People Ltd. holds the right to change the rules and processes of the campaign anytime if required.
  • If any user do any illegal activity then user will be disqualified.
  • Winning MSISDN must have biometric registration.
  • If two or more winning numbers registered from same NID then only one will be selected as winner.
  • If MSISDN registered name, transferred during or before the gratification distribution, then the user will be disqualified and not be selected as winner.
  • Winner must come physically to collect the gratification.
  • Winner must take 1 passport size photo, National ID card copy with original copy, Participate SIM card, SIM card registration document.
